Bottlery Terms of Use

  1. Agreement. These Terms are between you and TALCO Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using Bottlery you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
  2. Who may use it. You must be 21 or older and in the United States.
  3. What Bottlery is. An inventory tool for a collection you already own. It does not sell, deliver or recommend buying alcohol. Drinking-window and pairing suggestions are estimated or AI-generated, may be wrong and are not professional advice. Please drink responsibly.
  4. Your content. You own what you add. You give us the licence needed to store, sync and process it to run Bottlery, including sending it to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload your photos and that they do not show people who have not agreed.
  5. Shared collections. An owner controls the collection and its members. Members can see its contents and member emails. You are responsible for who you invite. If an owner deletes their account, ownership passes to another member as described in the app.
  6. Free use and Bottlery Pro. You can keep up to 10 bottles in collections you own for free. Your existing bottles stay yours, viewable and editable, but adding an 11th requires Bottlery Pro. Bottlery Pro is $19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. If a subscription ends, bottles beyond 10 remain viewable and editable, but you cannot add more.
  7. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, reverse engineering or scraping, interfering with the service, uploading content you lack rights to, or using Bottlery to sell or market alcohol to anyone under 21.
  8. Third-party data. Wine reference data in Bottlery comes in part from LWIN and is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Changes were made: the data was reformatted and combined with other data. Liv-ex does not endorse Bottlery.
  9. Disclaimers and liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months or $50, whichever is greater. Nothing limits rights you have by law.
  10. Termination. You may stop using Bottlery and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
  11. Governing law. Wyoming law, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming; either party may use small claims court.
  12. Apple. These Terms are between you and TALCO Labs LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for iOS. Apple's standard licensed-application terms also apply.
  13. Changes. We may update these Terms and will post the date. Continued use means acceptance. For material changes we will tell you in the app.
